The plural for فِعْلٌ is أَفْعَالٌ.

The following أَفْعَالٌ [Fi’l’s] are among the most frequently mentioned in the Quran:

أَفْعَالٌ	Times	Verse Example
قَالَ he said	1618	إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ شُعَيْبٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ when Shu’aib said to them, “Will you not fear ˹Allah˺? [26:177]
كَانَ to be, was	1358	فَكَيْفَ كَانَ عَذَابِى وَنُذُرِ Then how ˹dreadful˺ were My punishment and warnings! [54:21]
ءَامَنَ/ آمَنَ he believed	537	وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِىٓ ءَامَنَ يَـٰقَوْمِ ٱتَّبِعُونِ أَهْدِكُمْ سَبِيلَ ٱلرَّشَادِ And the man who believed urged, “O my people! Follow me, ˹and˺ I will lead you to the Way of Guidance. [40:38]
عَلِمَ he knew	382	وَإِذَا عَلِمَ مِنْ ءَايَـٰتِنَا شَيْـًٔا ٱتَّخَذَهَا هُزُوًا ۚ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌۭ مُّهِينٌۭ And whenever they learn anything of Our revelations, they make a mockery of it. It is they who will suffer a humiliating punishment. [45:9]
جَعَلَ he made	340	ثُمَّ جَعَلَ نَسْلَهُۥ مِن سُلَـٰلَةٍۢ مِّن مَّآءٍۢ مَّهِينٍۢ Then he made his descendants from an extract of a humble fluid [32:8]
كَفَرَ he disbelieved	289	مَن كَفَرَ فَعَلَيْهِ كُفْرُهُۥ ۖ وَمَنْ عَمِلَ صَـٰلِحًۭا فَلِأَنفُسِهِمْ يَمْهَدُونَ those who disbelieved will bear ˹the burden of˺ their own disbelief; and those who did good will have prepared for themselves ˹eternal homes˺ [30:44]
جَاءَ he came	278	فَلَمَّا جَآءَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ قَالَ لَهُم مُّوسَىٰٓ أَلْقُوا۟ مَآ أَنتُم مُّلْقُونَ When the magicians came, Moses said to them, “Cast whatever you wish to cast!” [10:80]
عَمِلَ he did, he worked	276	وَمَن يَأْتِهِۦ مُؤْمِنًۭا قَدْ عَمِلَ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ لَهُمُ ٱلدَّرَجَـٰتُ ٱلْعُلَىٰ But whoever comes to Him as a believer, having done good, they will have the highest ranks:
آتَى/ءَاتَى he gave	271	وَءَاتَى ٱلْمَالَ عَلَىٰ حُبِّهِۦ ذَوِى ٱلْقُرْبَىٰ وَٱلْيَتَـٰمَىٰ وَٱلْمَسَـٰكِينَ …who give charity out of their cherished wealth to relatives, orphans…[2:177]
رَءَا / رَأَى he saw	271	لَقَدْ رَأَىٰ مِنْ ءَايَـٰتِ رَبِّهِ ٱلْكُبْرَىٰٓ He certainly saw some of his Lord’s greatest signs
